Markham Maternity Photographer captures Modern Studio Session

As a Markham maternity photographer, I have so much fun capturing images of mamas-to-be. It is very different then working with newborns and babies, not better, but different.  Although I love photographing newborns and babies, there’s something about maternity sessions that is extra special.  Mama’s  are glowing and beaming at the thought of their unborn child – and my goal is to capture the beauty and emotion  of my pregnant clients.

This mama was absolutely beautiful, inside and out and I had a blast working with her!  She came with some ideas for her images and was completely open to my creative direction. We had such a fun time, I wanted to share some of my favourite pregnancy photos from our session together.

Mama’s are always made to feel comfortable in my studio and I strive to provide them with maternity images that they love and will cherish for many years.

My studio maternity photography sessions last up to 90 mins, giving us plenty of time for several wardrobe and backdrop changes.

This stunning tutu dress is always a popular choice for my maternity clients.

I always make sure that I capture the details, such as closeups of mama’s belly!

I always give my clients options and suggestions of what they can bring to the session for a personal touch and variation.

Boudoir “type” pregnancy images are breathtaking and intimate, adding variety to a clients’ maternity photo collection.

Professional maternity images are timeless and will be treasured for years to come.  Images are available in colour or black and white.

Although the main focus is on mama to be, dads and siblings are always welcome to attend the session to participate and join in some of the images.
